Upon receiving your order, if you notice flaws or defects or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible! The fastest way to ensure we can resolve any order issue is to start the conversation by messaging us through our Etsy shop.
We have a 14-day free replacement policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement at no cost to you, if there are defects with the product. Simply contact us through our Etsy shop with your order number, details, and photo proof of the defect. We will notify you once we’ve reviewed the information that you’ve submitted and let you know if the replacement was approved. If so, your order will be automatically processed for a replacement. Please note: since all orders are produced on demand, the replacement turnaround/ship time will take the same amount of time as a regular order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS / CHANGE POLICY:
Once you pay for your order, it cannot be modified or cancelled as it enters the production process immediately.
