WHAT QUALIFIES FOR FREE ITEM REPLACEMENT:

Defects covered include..

— Loose or unraveling stitching/threading
— Tears, rips, or holes present at delivery
— Misprints (wrong graphics or design compared to the order confirmation)
— Major alignment/placement issues with images or graphics
— Fabric flaws (snags, runs, or dye issues visible out of the box)

WHAT’S NOT COVERED:

— Incorrect size chosen by the customer (we provide a detailed sizing chart for all products to help you get it right)
— Customer-made errors when entering your order
— Normal wear and tear after use (snags, pulls, fading, or stretching from washing/wearing)
— Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations
— Minor variances in color or print placement that don’t affect the overall look or function of the item
— Damage that occurs during shipping or delivery

Upon receiving your item, if you notice flaws or defects or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible! The fastest way to ensure we can resolve any order issue is to start the conversation by messaging us through our contact form.

We have a 14-day free replacement policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement at no cost to you, if there are defects with the product. Simply contact us through our contact form with your order number, details, and photo proof of the defect. We will notify you once we’ve reviewed the information that you’ve submitted and let you know if the replacement was approved. If so, your order will be automatically processed for a replacement. Please note: since all orders are produced on demand, the replacement turnaround/ship time will take the same amount of time as a regular order.
